if an foreign citizen marries an indian citizen in india. will she be deemed to be an indian citizen and then will the exceptions u/s 6 be applicable to her for determine her residential status.

Residential status is depend upon number of days stay in India rather than any relation. If she stays more than 182 in days in PY, then she is resident in india even though she has no marriage. Marriage is irrevalent
