respected sir / mam there is a provision that if any person leaves india for employment purpose then 182 days has to be seen i want to ask just that what does employment purpose means is it going permanently or for deputation also

Yes Manish, even deputation will be considered as employment.

Yes I agree with the experts. If any person doing any job outside India whether on proper employment or deputation and if he stays there for more than 182 days then his status will change for Income Tax Purpose otherwise he will be treated as a normal Indian person of Indian Origin.
