Kindly advise i have purchased on Plot with Bank loan, and i am going to construct the house in comming months, can i avail the Income tax benefit for 2020-21 and 2021-22.

You can avail the benefit after completing the house. Accumulate the interst and claim it over a period of 5 years after completion.
