Resetting incometax password

Dear all
i just tried a lot by sending the required data on validate@incometaxindia.gov.in but to no avail. i didn't get any reply from there side. is there any other way out ?

there has been few instances when they dont reply. Normally on account of information mismatch. It would make sense for you to call the income tax helpdesk to check once.
