hello experts, my client's efiling ID was created by a tax consultant who expired last year.till now the return has been filed manually. the password was known only to him. now i cannot reset the password as the new password from CPC will be sent to the registered email of the expired tax consultant which cannot be accessed by us.

send a mail to Validate@incometaxindia.efiling.gov.in with following details
1)PAN
2)DATE OF BIRTH
3)FATHER NAME
4)ADDRESS AS PER PAN
YOU NEED TO REQUEST IN MAIL FOR RESET OF PASSWORD TO PRESENT MAIL AND CAN SAY THERE THAT YOU ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS PREVIOUS MAIL WHICH IS REGISTERED IN PAN RECORDS . . WITH IN A ONE WORKING DAY YOU WILL GET NEW PASSWORD TO YOUR MAIL

Send mail again saying that you are unable to access previous registered mail and request to send reset password to present mail id . . again with the same details as suggested above . . you are recommended to get assistance from "ASK","EFILING" HELP LINE NUMBERS
