Requiring urgent help reagrding filing of form 109 with icai

20 November 2014 Respected Seniors & fellow Students,

Will I be able to file Form No. 109 on the exact 30th day from the date of getting NOC from my erstwhile Principal (i.e., If I have got NOC on 20th October, 2014 and I will file form 109 on 20th November, 2014)? It will not require any condonation letter or any fine?

If I require a condonation letter then who will have to issue this letter my erstwhile Principal or my present employer?
