I am a CA Inter passed student and completed my articleship and bachelors degree in commerce, currently and working in a organisation as senior accountant.
Sir, I want to know whether I can practice as a recognised tax consultant, and if yes then where should I register myself. I am from maharashtra.
Please help.

25 March 2016 Apply in the prescribed form to the concerned tax authorities for income tax practitioner and sales tax practitioner. You are eligible as a B.Com graduate. Search and find the forms from the relevant tax Rules.
