what are the requirements to be fulfilled to be eligible for a foreign visit? eg: incometax returns,how much bank balance need to maintained?? etc

Basically the answer can be divided into 2 categories of countries which one is visiting....
SUPERIOR : They normally have the checks as to expenditure necessary to maintain a standard in that country, travelling, food, medical etc etc
INFERIOR : They normally give permission imediately
