Can a cash sale be made through tax invoice or retail invoice? Pls reply urgently.

You may issue either of the Invoice.No issue

but is there no problem as instead of purchasing party's name cash will be shown and TIN Nop of purchasing party will also be not shown

Party name could be given in the invoice and to bstated in the as cash sales...also there would no problem for TIN No of the purchaser.

invoice for proof of selling the goods. and every state VAT act prescribed the minimum amount of sales on that you have to issue the invoice.
