21 July 2025 Here’s a tailored Object Clause for your MOA covering Women and Youth Empowerment through education, social, and economic activities. You can directly include this in the Main Objects part of your Memorandum of Association (MOA):

Sample Object Clause for Women and Youth Empowerment
"To carry on the business of promoting women and youth empowerment by means of education, training, skill development, awareness programs, and social and economic activities; to organize workshops, seminars, and campaigns for the upliftment of women and youth; to undertake community development projects, vocational training, and employment generation initiatives; to collaborate with government, non-governmental organizations, and other agencies for empowerment and capacity building of women and youth; and to do all such other acts, matters and things as may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects."
