Requirement of chartered engineer certificate

08 December 2011 Dear Sir,

I want to know whether there is any statutory requirement to give chartered engineer certificate for obtaining installation certificate in case of capital item and spare import under EPCG license.

08 December 2011 yes mandatory submit in CONCERNED regional licensing authority.

09 December 2011 As per your reply it is required to be submitted with regional licensing authority. But while obtaining installation certificate from Exicse Range office, Is it rquired?

09 December 2011 if you want submit a copy in custom office which is mentioned in port of registration in licence.
