Does it require to get print a Bilty /G.R. Books by a manufacturing firm for his own commercial vehicle
used for his business activities ?
If no then how to get a freight from the vendor who deny to add freight in Invoice and ask separate G.R. copy ?

03 January 2024 if customer required bills then we can give the bill... what problem in this view...

14 January 2024 Yes, if you are using any transport agency for delivery of your goods from one place to another place then the transport required to issue a bilti ( consignment note) for transportation. If you are trying to deliver any goods without bilti then it can be risky for you because a GST office can stop you and can demand related documents such as tax invoices, Eway, bilti. And proper GST officers can cease your goods in the absence of documents.

Consignment note is required for transportation of goods by road by a truck, acts as supporting document for transportation, acts as Supporting document for consignor and supporting documents for the consignee
It also becomes an evidence of delivery of goods in case of audit( required in companies).

For charging the customers as suggested, you can raise the invoice along POD copy of the Consignment note attached as proof of delivery of the consignments.
