can u tell me the requirments from new client of service tax payee.

BEFORE WE PAY SERVICE TAX LEVIED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER IN HIS BILL, WE NEED TO COLLECT
1.SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE COPY ISSUED BY THE CENTRAL EXCISE DEPT. TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER(MUST)
2.EVIDENCE OF PAYMENT OF SERVICE TAX COLLECTED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER (OPTIONAL).
