23 June 2015 If assesee have not deduct TDS .. So please give me details how can i deal with this problem

23 June 2015 either you disallow the expenses as per the provisions of the act or procure from the deductees as certificate that they have paid the tax on the said income and have filed their tax return under section 139(1)
