Required business loan without any collateral for proprietorship business

I want to start a new business i.e. trading business. but except last 3 years itr don't have any collateral. so anyone can advice how to get loan from banks

bank take current year sales and income and also for income trend they take last three year itr That you are earn sufficient income to repay the intt. on time.
