Required attestation letter for non appearing of photo and sign on admit card

can anyone provide sample attestation letter to be obtained for non appearing of photo and signature on admit card?
pls reply as soon as possible.

i dont think that any letter is required.. u can attest the admit card by affixing ur photo from a CA... also do carry any other photo id card like licence or adhaar in exam hall...
