Can Manufacturer exporter clear material as it is under LUT ( UT-1) or needs to executes B1 bond ? please clarify...
Also, please clarify whether cevat credit is permissible on such bought out items ?

Manufacturer exporter can clear the material under LUT as well as under claim of rebate on the cover of ARE - 1
