Dear sir,
Is it compulsory to mention Representative Assessee in PAN Application form for aaplying PAN for a Non Resident company not having any place of business in India?
Any Power of Attorney from foreign party is required for the same? Please forward draft POA, if applicable

No,it is it not compulsory to mention Representative Assessee in PAN Application form for applying PAN for a Non Resident company not having any place of business in India.

Dear Sir- under said position can said company apply for PAN in INDIA without having any office/premises in INDIA. If- YES, then which address have to be declared in INDIA as business place required in PAN application form?? i would be thankful. if you please share some rule(s) / circulars / clarification on subject matter.

In PAN there is no requirement of Indian address, you can get PAN on foreign address also.I have done in lot of such cases.
