20 October 2021 While uploading response for non filing of SFT, we are facing error after clicking on sumbit. "Error undefined" is the error we are getting. We have tried in all browser after clearing cache and reinstall the Ensigner also but no solution

21 October 2021 Make Sure you Register Digital Signature for the Authorised Person on the E-Filing Website. JUST FOR CHECK ....First Login into Authorised Person's account ( PERSONAL ACCOUNT ) on Income Tax Website then Register his Digital Signature by going to Profile Settings. Once you register Authorised Persons Digital Signature, You Login with your Company's credentials & upload the Form.

21 October 2021 In that case only option is to wait till the web engineers rectify the error from their end.
Report again with the screenshot of the error.
