I would like to known what will be the note in Tax Audit Report on death of Proprietor regarding the going concern of such concern.

Note the sad demise of the proprietor on --/--/20XX. This is the last audit report of the business having proprietor Mr.XXXXXXXXXXX and accordingly the accounts are prepared
