Gud evening to all.
Supoose my turn over apprnx 7 lakh.I have only 1 heavey truck. My truck hired by a transporte co.Name omx ltd.He deduct my tds .My query only that in which section.Will i fill under sec.44ae.
My detai given below gross total=7ooooo truck heavey=1 lic=9ooo tds=6598
plz calculate my liablity plz

You can file Return U/s 44AE.

You may take higher monthly income also than as prescribed in the Section.

LIC is deductible from Gross Total Income & TDS can be claimed as refund or credit can be adjusted against tax liability.
