Reply letter to income tax department

(Querist)
22 November 2019 .we have got a letter from income tax department u/s 142 (1) .....in the matter of letter is that the we furnished the ITR with wrong information about income source. We received all income through bank but in ITR we selected mistakenly .received money by any other mode...

so advice me how to deal with it.

please help me ...
