Repayment of expenses by project office

A foreign company (H.O) is having its project office in India, now the project office wants to repay the expenses met by H.O on behalf of them.

Query

1. Procedure for repayment of expenses

Which is the best way to repatriate of shown it as reimbursement of expenses. Please explain the procedure for the same

2. Will there be any change if project office is in loss

19 April 2015 1. Contact your bankers they will guide you the requirement. With the certification from Chartered Accountant it can be remitted.
