Mr. X an NRI, inherited a property from his father on the death of the father. He Bought a house from that amount.
He claimed capital gains exemption on the purchased property.
Now he wants to repatriate the entire sales proceeds of the inherited property out of India.
Can he do it?
What if he is repatriate only the balance amount.
