Income from Repairing of watches will go.under sale of service or under sale of goods .

There are two things. If it is only repairing charges, then it is sale of service. And if the old watch is repaired and sold as new, then both VAT & Service Tax will b charged(if applicable).
Please note that ST will b charged only on service value.
