Dear Sir's We have taken 1st floor for rent basis.For that we have paid advance for Rs.100,000/- ( 1 LAKH )and agreed monthly rental for Rs.33750/-. My question is RENTAL AGREEMENT TO BE EXECUTED THROUGH FRANKING OR Rs.100/- BOND PAPER ENOUGH FOR AGREEMENT. PLEASE EDUCATE ME IN THIS REGARD...AS PER OUR INDIAN GOVT / LAW RULES...
FRANKING IS COMPULSORY FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT OR NOT..
