if my landlord is NRI & every month I am paying my rent through RTGS/NEFT to his a/c & the same clause mentioned in rent agreement how can I provide rent receipt for IT or can I attach my transfer details with rent receipt..

15 January 2015 The Agreement and as well as the Payment through NEFT are sufficient evidence.If assessing officer still wants , you may obtain confirmation letter from NRI through mail
