Rent payable to Minor by Company

Can a company pay Rent to Minor ,if father who is owner of the land gives declaration to a Company to pay Rent in the name of his Son who is minor?

If possible pls share the case laws

03 March 2022 Yes it's possible. The rental agreement is with the father who is owner of the property.
With due authorisation it can be paid.
But TDS provisions applicable in the name of the father.
