why is rental agreement is made for 11 months..
what is the reason of making it for 11 months bt while calculation of House property it is taken for 12 months

u/s 17(1)(d) of REGISTRATION ACT, 1908 registration is compulsory in case of leases of immovable property from year to year, or for any term exceeding one year, or reserving a yearly rent.
