While incorporating a company, in whose name the rent agreement should be made??

31 July 2015 Can you please tell me why do you need Rent Agreement for incorporation?

31 July 2015 the company doesnot have its own building..for doing business it need an office which will be a rented one

01 August 2015 it is not possible to have rent agreement in the name of company before it is incorporated.

Initially you can give address of Promoters office or his home as registered office of the company. After incorporation, enter into a rent agreement in the name of company, then you can change registered office.

There are few other options also.
But in any case, a company can not be a party to the agreement before the same is incorporated.
