whether service tax is applicable if one cab provider (individual) provides his cab to another cab provider (Pvt.Ltd.) which in tern provides rent a cab service.
sir please tell me service tax is applicable in first case i.e between individual & Co.

RCM not applicable where the service of renting of motor vehicle is provided to a person engaged in same line of business....
