Can a Company show third party rent agreement.
A is owner of Office.
B have rent agreement with A.
now Company C comes and shared half office with B. is it legal ? can Company C opted for a rent agreement with B ?

Yes, this is called subletting.
However in the original agreement between A & B, no restriction should be on subletting.
