what should be the remuneration of the director's of a public limited company ??

Remuneration of director does not depend on nature of company where as it depends up on the book profit and number of director in any company . In no cases maximum remuneration should exceeds 11% of book profit.

Please refer of Sections 198, 269, 309, 310 and Schedule XIII of the Companies Act,1956 for provisions realting to appointment and remuneration of Directors.
