What is remuneration as per section 217(2A)?

Disclosure is required in the following situations:-
a) if employed through out the year in the financial year and the remuneration is not less than Rs. 60 lakhs or
b) if employed part of the financial year remuneration is not less than Rs. 5 lakhs per month.
