01 April 2011 If an Executive Director does not attend office for long 6 months without any intimation to the Board and also not working on behalf of company, in spite of that whether the company is still liable to pay remuneration to that ED?

01 April 2011 It depends on the terms of appointment of the executive director. If the Board desires, he may be removed from the Directorship by initiating the necessary procedure and also stop payment of any remuneration.
