what is the provision for directors remunerstion in a private limited company as per companies act 2013

Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum
ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration which applicable to public company and not to private company
ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration which applicable to public company and not to private company
