Dear Experts,
Plz clarify my query... we want to removal excisable goods but neither we have duty in PLA nor in cenvat register
Plz tell me can we removed the goods with out having duty in PLA & cenvat register,

If you are not in defaulter of Excise then you can remove your goods without payment of duty and end of the month you can pay duty through PLA or Cenvat.

Sir.. assume i have removed the goods on 1/4/2016 without payment of duty...1) do i need to debit this invoice duty in PLA on 1/4/2016 however there is No credit duty in PLA....2) if i have removed goods on 1/4/2016 without payment of duty then weather i can pay duty from PLA & cenvat upto 30/4/2016 or 6/5/2016,
