Removal of excisable finish goods

03 December 2015 Dear all Experts,
Plz guide me on following query...
A manufacturer has recently availed LUT facility however he has also paid ED on input materials in manufacturing of final product now the manufacturing concern suppose to export these final goods with out payment of Duty undet rule 19 of excise 2002, plz clarify as this Manufacturer is availing LUT what documentation/form are required to export the final goods without payment of duty under LUT.

2) Packing List.
3) Excise invoice.
4) ARE-1 ( Original+ Duplicate)
5) Value Declaration.

04 December 2015 Sir plzz clarify excise invoice also will be made in the name of buyer and it will also issue to buyer along with commercial invoice, also clarify weather Form SDF, GSP, are not required on clearance goods under rule 19
