03 October 2018 I would like to know whether the filing of Form DIR 11 is required in case of removal of Director or just the filing of Form DIR 12 is sufficient.

04 October 2018 MCA vide its notification dated 07.05.2018, have made Filling of DIR-11 optional in the hands of the Resigning director, but for disputed matters it is recommended that Directors should file DIR-11
