Dear Expert, please tell me how to remove a director from company other than resignation mode

Procedure for removal of Director is given in section 169 of the Companies act 2013.
By passing ordinary resolution of shareholders in general meeting you can remove your director.
A special notice shall be required of any resolution, to remove a director under this section, or to appoint somebody in place of a director so removed, at the meeting at which he is removed.
