Removal of auditor before the expiry of his term

17 October 2014 a pvt. co wish to change its auditor although the present auditor has filed F-23 b on 23/11/2013 for the fy yr 2013-14.

can it possible to change the auditor for signing of B/S-2013-14 & onward (appoint Statutory Auditor from d year 2013-14) without approval of CG.

Obtaining the prior approval of the Central Government by filling an application in form ADT-2 within 30 days of resolution passed by the Board is must for removal of auditor before expiry of his term.-Section 140 (1) and Rule 7 of Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules,2014.
