WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURE TO REMOVE AN AUDITOR BEFORE THE AGM IN CASE OF A PRIVATE LIMTED COMPANY. THE COMPANY SHOULD HOLD ITS AGM BEFORE 30th SEP 2015.
