Remittance of salary outside india

06 October 2014 Dear Sir,

My company has to make a payment of bonus to our foreign director and the bonus is in the nature of salary.

The payment is to be made outside Inida.

So, can you please guide that in 15CA what should be the nature of remittance.

06 October 2014 Many thanks for the reply, but the same is in nature of salary and if I will take it as directors fees then service tax will also be applicable.

06 October 2014 If the director is in employment with the company as full time director then only it can be considered as salary.
