Hi i have a query regarding relief under section 89
fy 14-15 3month salary receive in fy 15-16
So employee eligible for relief ?

Yes you will eligible to claim relief u/s 89(1) of Actual 15-16 and accrued 14-16 tax difference which you have to prepare in Form 10E
