26 July 2011 i receved arrear of previous arrear years this year.i want to know while calculating relief my exemption and saving will be counted or not. means i have to calcualte similarly as normaly it get calculated.procedure to fill form 10(e).

26 July 2011 It depends upon your income.

However it is certain that for persons having salary more than 3.00 lac in the preceding PY , the tax on accrual basis will be more as 20% slab was applicable to them. As such resulting calculation will show more tax liability.
