Hi everybdy,
Can any1 help me with a confusion that can a person claim relief u/s 89 with regards to family pension recd. by him when he receives arrear amt. of family pension after revision of such pension?

yes he can claim relief u/s 89(1) in case of family pension paid in arrears to family members of the deceased employee.
