06 January 2018 SIR I HAVE FIELD INCOME TAX RETURN AND RETURN HAS PROCCED BUT CPC GIVEN DEMAND 5000 BECAUSE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT HAS NOT GIVEN 89(1) RELIEF THEN I FIELD 10E THATS RIGHT YA WRONG PROCESS PLEASE TELL US.
