10 July 2024 To register a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) on the Delhi VAT Portal (DVAT), visit the official website, log in, navigate to DSC registration, upload the DSC, enter DSC details, submit, confirm, verify, confirm, and log out securely. Ensure your DSC is valid, securely store the file and password, and follow DVAT portal guidelines.
