Dear sir/madam,
I have secured exemption in accounting (group 1) in November 2012 ipcc first attempt but failed the group.I registered for may 2013 ipcc exam second attempt but failed to appear in examination due to ill health.Now i want to ask you that is my accounting exemption valid for November 2013 ipcc third attempt?

Yes your exemption is valid for November, 2013 exams. It is valid till May 2014 exams.
