Hi,
One existing company has 10 directors, but only 1 director is having DIN. The other directors' DIN status is not known and we have to file the annual return for two years whether it is possible? If not, then what to do...... plz

well as you know in form 20B we are suppose to mention the no. of directors as well as their DIN also so in you have to proceed to get the DIN for the rest of Director whether they are signing the annual return or not.
